Begin with City of Dunedin and its small town atmosphere with all the charm and quaintness that the phrase Delightful Dunedin implies really fits. World famous Honeymoon Island is a state owned beach and park facility and is known as one of the world´s best beaches. From a new penthouse condo to a large home with its own pool and spa to a small retirement villa... you will match your wish here.
Move a bit north to Palm Harbor with its coveted school system, both old and new sections Lake Tarpon on the East side and the Gulf nearby on the West. East finds one headed toward Safety Harbor on the Bay with its famous Spa and intimate atmosphere with a huge selection of both older homes and brand new subdivisions to choose from.
The East Lake corridor has much to offer as well. Lake Tarpon is vast offering excellent water quality and interesting wild life of all kinds including deer, eagles, osprey, turkeys, and so much more. Many subdivisions here with choices as wide as one could imagine. If you live here you will be surrounded and constantly renewed by the ever changing parade of our fellow inhabitants. Then there is Tarpon springs over to the West again, original homes of the sponge divers from Greece, unique, quaint, on the move to change its entire focus from old world to new modern architecture. It would be interesting to investigate this unique city further.
Move south and you will come to Clearwater with its redeveloping water front lined with the sugar sand beaches that have made the area so popular for generations. Here is nightlife, hotels, restaurants, and all of the things that warm weather beach living has for us. Also Clearwater is a center of commerce for over here on west coastal Florida. All of these cities are an easy commute to Tampa and its big city life with all of the sporting events, theater, and the renowned Tampa International Airport plus the port of Tampa.
Further north we find the new cities of Pasco County. Major developments include Trinity with many newer homes of all kinds and price ranges centered around the golf and country clubs built here. Older places are here too;condos on the water to the West and single family homes in New Port Richey and Holiday.
